Delivery tracking app development, built from a platform running in 12 cities.

Driver app, customer tracking, and dispatch dashboard — with offline capture, proof of delivery, and cash reconciliation. Our logistics client's throughput rose 340%.

We built a real-time delivery platform covering 12 cities with a driver app, customer app, and admin dashboard, delivered in 14 days. Throughput rose 340%, and the reason was automated dispatch replacing a person assigning every job by hand.

The engineering that matters is not the map. It is what happens when the driver has no signal, the customer is not home, and the cash has to reconcile at the end of the shift.

What the platform is made of

Driver app

Offline-capable job list, optimised stop sequence, navigation handoff, status updates, photo and signature proof, and per-shift cash ledger.

Customer tracking

A tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp that opens without an install, showing live position, ETA, and contact options.

Dispatch dashboard

Live map, rules-based auto-assignment with manual override, exception queue, SLA monitoring, and reporting.

Core features we build

  • Offline-first driver app with queued sync
  • Rules-based dispatch by zone, capacity, and proximity
  • Multi-stop route sequencing with time windows
  • Proof of delivery: photo, signature, and geotagged timestamp
  • Structured failure reasons with automatic reschedule or return
  • No-install customer tracking link
  • Adaptive location sampling to protect driver battery
  • Per-driver cash ledger with shift reconciliation
  • Third-party courier handoff for overflow
  • SLA monitoring with alerts before a breach, not after

What drives the cost

We quote every build individually because these factors move the number more than any feature list does:

FactorWhy it matters
Fleet size and concurrencyReal-time position for large fleets changes infrastructure design
Route optimisation depthSimple sequencing versus constrained optimisation differ substantially
Third-party carrier integrationEach carrier is a separate integration
Cash handlingCOD reconciliation adds ledger and reporting work
Customer-facing surfacesA tracking link is cheaper than a full customer app
Warehouse integrationScanning and dispatch integration adds scope

Send your feature list and you get a fixed written price within 24 hours, with the scope it covers and a delivery date.

How we deliver

  1. 1
    Scoping call and written quote

Same day. Fixed price, fixed feature list, and a delivery date agreed before we start.

  2. 2
    Design

Clickable screens for every surface. Unlimited revisions before development begins.

  3. 3
    Build with daily visibility

A staging build you can open any day, and senior engineers reachable on WhatsApp.

  4. 4
    QA on real devices

Tested on the mid-range phones your users actually own, not just flagships.

  5. 5
    Launch

Store submission, production infrastructure, and go-live support.

  6. 6
    Handover

Full source code, documentation, and credentials. Thirty days of bug fixes included.

Questions, answered.

Does the driver app work without internet?
Yes, by design. Jobs are cached on the device, status updates, photos, and signatures queue locally, and everything syncs on reconnect. Basement car parks and rural routes are normal conditions, not exceptions.
Do customers need to install an app to track their delivery?
No, and they should not have to. A tracking link sent by SMS or WhatsApp opens in a browser and shows live position, ETA, and a contact option. This is typically the largest single reduction in inbound support calls.
How does automatic dispatch work?
Rules you configure — zone, vehicle capacity, current load, and proximity — assign jobs without a person deciding each one, with manual override always available. Removing that manual bottleneck is what produced the 340% throughput increase for our logistics client.
Can it hand overflow to third-party couriers?
Yes. When your own fleet is at capacity, jobs can be routed to an integrated carrier and still tracked in the same dashboard, so operations keep one view rather than checking several portals.
How do you handle cash on delivery?
Each driver has a cash ledger recording collections per order, reconciled at shift end against what is handed in, with variances flagged to a supervisor. Without this, COD becomes a permanent manual reconciliation burden.

Six things we put in writing.

Not values on a wall — contract terms. Ask any other supplier to match them line by line.

A price in 24 hours

Send a brief, get a fixed written price and a delivery date the next working day. Free, no obligation, and the scope document is yours to keep even if you go elsewhere.

The price does not move

Fixed, not an estimate. If scope changes we re-quote in writing and you approve before we build it. You will never open a surprise invoice.

Half on delivery

50% to start, 50% when it is live and you are satisfied. You never fund the whole project up front.

Unlimited design revisions

We do not write production code until you approve the screens. Changing your mind at that stage costs nothing.

You own everything

Full source code, design files and credentials on delivery. No licence, no platform fee, nothing that stops another developer taking over.

30 days of fixes included

Free bug fixing for a month after launch, then an optional retainer only if you want one.

Every one of these is in the agreement before you pay anything. See how we evidence our claims →
