Delivery platforms that hold together at 500 orders a day.

Driver apps, customer tracking, dispatch dashboards, route optimisation, and warehouse systems — built for the operational realities of failed deliveries, cash on delivery, and drivers with patchy signal.

We built a real-time delivery platform operating across 12 cities — driver app, customer app, and admin dashboard — and saw the client's delivery throughput rise 340%. The gain did not come from prettier screens. It came from dispatch logic that stopped a human assigning every job by hand.

Logistics software lives or dies on the edge cases: the driver whose phone loses signal in a basement car park, the customer who is not home, the cash collection that has to reconcile at the end of the shift. Those are the parts we design first.

What we build

Last-mile delivery platforms

Order intake, automated dispatch, driver app, live customer tracking, proof of delivery, and settlement.

Driver mobile apps

Offline-first job lists, turn-by-turn navigation handoff, photo and signature capture, and cash reconciliation.

Fleet management

Vehicle records, maintenance schedules, fuel logs, driver compliance documents, and utilisation reporting.

Route optimisation

Multi-stop sequencing with time windows, vehicle capacity, and traffic-aware estimates.

Warehouse management

Inbound receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and cycle counting with barcode or QR scanning.

Freight and 3PL portals

Quotes, bookings, consignment tracking, documentation, and client-facing dashboards.

The operational problems we design around

ProblemHow the software handles it
Driver loses signalOffline-first app; jobs cached, updates queued and synced on reconnect
Customer not homeStructured failure reasons, photo evidence, automatic reschedule or return flow
Cash on deliveryPer-driver cash ledger reconciled at shift end, with variance flagged
Manual dispatch bottleneckRules-based auto-assignment by zone, capacity, and proximity, with manual override
Customer 'where is my order'Live tracking link by SMS or WhatsApp — the single biggest deflection of support calls
Battery drain from trackingAdaptive location sampling instead of constant high-accuracy GPS

Integrations

  • Mapping and routing — Google Maps, Mapbox, or HERE, chosen on coverage and per-request cost in your region.
  • E-commerce platforms — Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom stores pushing orders in automatically.
  • Third-party couriers — hand overflow to external carriers and track it in the same dashboard.
  • Payments and COD — online prepayment plus cash reconciliation for the markets where cash still dominates.
  • Messaging — SMS and WhatsApp for dispatch notifications and tracking links.
  • Accounting — automated settlement and invoicing rather than a monthly spreadsheet.

Questions, answered.

Can the driver app work without internet?
Yes, and it must. Driver apps are built offline-first: the day's jobs are cached on the device, status updates, photos, and signatures are queued locally, and everything syncs when connectivity returns. Basement car parks and rural routes are normal operating conditions, not exceptions.
Do you build route optimisation from scratch?
Not usually — for most operations a proven routing engine plus your business constraints (time windows, vehicle capacity, driver zones, priority orders) gives better results faster than a bespoke solver. We build custom optimisation when the constraints are genuinely unusual, and we will tell you which case you are in.
How does live tracking work for customers?
A tracking link sent by SMS or WhatsApp that opens without an app install — because most customers will not install one for a single delivery. It shows the driver's position, an estimated arrival, and a contact option. This is typically the biggest single reduction in inbound support calls.
Can it handle cash on delivery?
Yes, properly. Each driver has a cash ledger: amounts collected are recorded per order, reconciled at shift end against what is handed in, and any variance is flagged for a supervisor. Without this, COD reconciliation becomes a permanent manual burden.
Will it integrate with our online store?
Yes. Shopify, WooCommerce, and custom stores can push orders into dispatch automatically via API or webhook, so nobody re-keys an order. We also support bulk CSV import for clients whose orders arrive from many sources.
How quickly can a delivery platform go live?
It depends on scope — a single-city operation with one driver app is a very different build from multi-city with third-party carrier handoff. We have shipped a three-app platform in 14 days when scope was tight and decisions were fast. Your quote states its own written timeline before you commit.

Six things we put in writing.

Not values on a wall — contract terms. Ask any other supplier to match them line by line.

A price in 24 hours

Send a brief, get a fixed written price and a delivery date the next working day. Free, no obligation, and the scope document is yours to keep even if you go elsewhere.

The price does not move

Fixed, not an estimate. If scope changes we re-quote in writing and you approve before we build it. You will never open a surprise invoice.

Half on delivery

50% to start, 50% when it is live and you are satisfied. You never fund the whole project up front.

Unlimited design revisions

We do not write production code until you approve the screens. Changing your mind at that stage costs nothing.

You own everything

Full source code, design files and credentials on delivery. No licence, no platform fee, nothing that stops another developer taking over.

30 days of fixes included

Free bug fixing for a month after launch, then an optional retainer only if you want one.

Every one of these is in the agreement before you pay anything. See how we evidence our claims →

Tell us what you're building.

A paragraph is enough to start. You get a scoping conversation and a fixed written price with a delivery date within 24 hours — free, and yours to keep whether or not you go ahead with us.
