From founder's brief to a product users pay for.

MVPs, multi-tenant SaaS, billing, and the unglamorous infrastructure — onboarding, permissions, and admin — that decides whether a launch converts or stalls.

Founders usually arrive with a clear feature idea and a vague sense of everything around it. The features are rarely the risk. The risk is the six weeks of authentication, tenancy, billing, permissions, onboarding, and admin tooling that stand between a demo and a product someone can pay for.

We have shipped a delivery platform from a WhatsApp brief to a live app in 13 days, and handed an enterprise product suite over with the full codebase on the agreed date. Both were fixed price, and in both cases the client owned everything on delivery.

What we build for founders

MVPs

A real product on real infrastructure — auth, payments, deployment — that you can put in front of users and investors.

Multi-tenant SaaS

Tenant isolation, plans and limits, seat management, and billing that survives an audit.

Learn more →

Marketplace platforms

Two-sided supply and demand, matching, payments with escrow, reviews, and dispute handling.

Investor demo builds

A credible, working slice of the product for a raise — with a clear path to extending it rather than a throwaway.

Technical co-founder support

Architecture decisions, hiring input, and code review for founders without a technical partner yet.

Post-raise scaling

Taking a working MVP to a platform that holds up under real growth.

The parts founders underestimate

  • Billing is not a Stripe integration. Proration, plan changes, failed payments, dunning, tax, and invoices are weeks of work on their own.
  • Multi-tenancy is an architecture decision, and retrofitting it after launch is one of the most expensive rewrites there is.
  • Onboarding determines activation. A signup that leaves users staring at an empty dashboard converts badly regardless of how good the product is.
  • Admin tooling is not optional. Without it, every support request becomes a database query by an engineer.
  • Permissions get complicated fast once your first customer has more than three employees.
  • Analytics from day one, or you will be guessing about the thing you most need to know.

How we work with founders

  1. 1
Scope the smallest thing that proves the point

We will actively argue features out of your v1. The goal is a product in users' hands, not a complete vision.

  2. 2
    Fixed price and written date

You get both before committing. Founders cannot manage an open-ended hourly bill.

  3. 3
    Design first

Clickable screens you can test on real users and show investors before development spend begins.

  4. 4
    Build with daily visibility

A staging URL you can open every day, and senior engineers reachable on WhatsApp.

  5. 5
    Launch and hand over

App stores, production infrastructure, and the full repository transferred to you.

  6. 6
    Iterate or take it in-house

Continue with us, or hire your own team — the codebase is documented for either path.

Questions, answered.

How much does an MVP cost?
It depends on scope, and any agency quoting a number before seeing your brief is guessing. What we commit to is the process: send us what you want to build and you get a fixed written price within 24 hours, with the feature list it covers and a delivery date. Then you can decide.
Will you take equity instead of payment?
No, and it is usually better for you that we do not. Agency equity complicates your cap table for future investors, and a fixed cash price aligns us on delivering rather than on holding a stake. We would rather cut scope to fit your budget.
Can you help me raise investment?
We build the product and the demo that supports a raise — a working slice on real infrastructure is considerably more persuasive than slides. We do not make introductions to investors or advise on the raise itself; that is not our expertise and pretending otherwise would not serve you.
What if I need to change direction after launch?
That is normal, and it is why we build MVPs on production architecture rather than as throwaway prototypes. Pivots reuse the authentication, billing, and infrastructure layers even when the product logic changes. New scope is quoted as fixed-price work so you always know the cost before committing.
Should I hire developers instead?
If you are funded and building a long-term product team, eventually yes. But hiring takes months and a wrong first hire is expensive at seed stage. Many founders use us to ship v1, then hire against a working codebase — which is a much easier thing to recruit for than a blank repository.
Do I own the code if we stop working together?
Yes, unconditionally. The repository, design files, and infrastructure are yours, and there is no clause tying continued operation to paying us. We would rather earn the next project than hold your product hostage.

Six things we put in writing.

Not values on a wall — contract terms. Ask any other supplier to match them line by line.

A price in 24 hours

Send a brief, get a fixed written price and a delivery date the next working day. Free, no obligation, and the scope document is yours to keep even if you go elsewhere.

The price does not move

Fixed, not an estimate. If scope changes we re-quote in writing and you approve before we build it. You will never open a surprise invoice.

Half on delivery

50% to start, 50% when it is live and you are satisfied. You never fund the whole project up front.

Unlimited design revisions

We do not write production code until you approve the screens. Changing your mind at that stage costs nothing.

You own everything

Full source code, design files and credentials on delivery. No licence, no platform fee, nothing that stops another developer taking over.

30 days of fixes included

Free bug fixing for a month after launch, then an optional retainer only if you want one.

Every one of these is in the agreement before you pay anything. See how we evidence our claims →
