Own your orders instead of renting them from an aggregator.

Direct ordering apps, kitchen display systems, table reservations, and delivery dispatch — so the customer relationship and the margin stay with you.

Aggregator commissions of 25 to 35% turn a healthy restaurant into a marginal one. The problem is not the technology — it is that the aggregator owns the customer. A direct ordering channel does not need to replace them entirely; capturing even a third of repeat orders changes the economics.

We build the direct channel: your own ordering app or web ordering, your own customer data, your own promotions, and integration with the aggregators you keep for discovery.

What we build

Direct ordering apps and web

Menu, customisation, upsells, saved addresses, repeat orders, and your own payment rails.

Kitchen display systems

Orders on a screen with prep timers and station routing, replacing printed tickets and shouted corrections.

Table reservation

Floor plan and slot management, deposits for peak times, reminders, and no-show tracking.

Delivery dispatch

Your own drivers assigned by zone and load, with live tracking for the customer.

The honest position: aggregators are genuinely good at discovery, and most restaurants should stay on them. The goal is to move repeat customers to a direct channel where the margin is yours, not to switch off overnight.

Operational details that matter

  • Menu availability in real time — an item marked out of stock in the kitchen disappears from the app immediately.
  • Prep-time-aware promising so delivery estimates hold during the dinner rush.
  • Modifier logic that handles 'no onions, extra cheese, half portion' without confusing the kitchen.
  • Multi-branch routing — the order goes to the branch that can actually deliver it.
  • Peak-hour resilience — tested at your Friday-night order rate, not your Tuesday one.
  • Printer and KDS fallback so a network problem does not stop service.

Questions, answered.

Will customers really order from our own app instead of an aggregator?
Some will, and mostly the repeat ones. Aggregators win on discovery; you win on loyalty, price, and direct promotion. A realistic goal is moving a meaningful share of your repeat customers over, and even that changes your margin substantially — we would not promise you replace an aggregator entirely.
Can it integrate with our existing POS?
Usually yes — most modern POS systems offer an API, and orders flow straight to the kitchen without re-keying. For older systems we integrate at the printer level or through a scheduled sync. We check this specifically before quoting, because it materially changes the build.
Do we need our own delivery drivers?
Not necessarily. You can use your own drivers, hand delivery to a third-party fleet, or mix both by zone — dispatching in-house where you have coverage and outsourcing where you do not. The system supports all three so you are not locked into one model.
How do you handle the Friday-night rush?
We load-test at your actual peak order rate rather than an average, queue order processing so a spike cannot drop orders, and build the kitchen display to degrade gracefully. Peak hours are the whole point of the system, so they are the design target.
Can we run multiple brands from one kitchen?
Yes. Cloud kitchen setups run separate customer-facing brands and menus with consolidated preparation, routing tickets by brand while the kitchen sees one coherent queue. Reporting stays separated per brand for P&L purposes.
What about table reservations and walk-ins?
We build floor-plan-based reservation with slot management, deposits for peak times to reduce no-shows, automated reminders, and walk-in handling so the host sees one accurate view of the room rather than a book and a screen that disagree.

Six things we put in writing.

Not values on a wall — contract terms. Ask any other supplier to match them line by line.

A price in 24 hours

Send a brief, get a fixed written price and a delivery date the next working day. Free, no obligation, and the scope document is yours to keep even if you go elsewhere.

The price does not move

Fixed, not an estimate. If scope changes we re-quote in writing and you approve before we build it. You will never open a surprise invoice.

Half on delivery

50% to start, 50% when it is live and you are satisfied. You never fund the whole project up front.

Unlimited design revisions

We do not write production code until you approve the screens. Changing your mind at that stage costs nothing.

You own everything

Full source code, design files and credentials on delivery. No licence, no platform fee, nothing that stops another developer taking over.

30 days of fixes included

Free bug fixing for a month after launch, then an optional retainer only if you want one.

Every one of these is in the agreement before you pay anything. See how we evidence our claims →
