Mobile app development with a price and a date, in writing.
Native iOS and Android or cross-platform Flutter — scoped, quoted, and delivered against a written date. Store submission handled, and the full source code is yours on day one of handover.
Most app projects do not fail on the code. They fail on scope that was never written down, a timeline nobody committed to, and a handover that never happened. We fix those three things first, then build.
You get a fixed price, a written delivery date matched to your project size, and 50/50 payment terms — half to start, half when it is live and you are satisfied. If your scope changes, we re-quote in writing rather than quietly billing more hours.
Native or cross-platform — how to decide
This is the first real decision, and it changes both cost and capability. The honest version:
Flutter (cross-platform)
Native iOS + Android
Codebases to build and maintain
One
Two
Relative cost
Lower
Higher
UI consistency across platforms
High — Flutter draws its own widgets
Each platform looks native by default
Deep platform capability
Via platform channels
Direct, no intermediary
Best for
Business apps, marketplaces, delivery, booking
Heavy camera, AR, health, or exacting consumer polish
Hiring later
Flutter developers
Two separate skill sets
For most business apps, Flutter is the better commercial decision. We recommend native when the product genuinely depends on platform capability — and we will tell you when it does not, even though native is the larger project.
What every build includes
Written scope and fixed quote before any development, with a delivery date.
UI/UX design with unlimited revisions before development starts.
Authentication — email, phone OTP, social, and biometric where appropriate.
Backend and API built and documented, or integration with your existing one.
Push notifications, deep links, and analytics wired from day one.
Payments — Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or the regional gateway your market uses.
Offline handling where the app is used somewhere with unreliable signal.
QA on real devices, including the mid-range Android phones most users actually own.
App Store and Play Store submission, under your developer accounts, not ours.
Full source code, documentation, and credentials on delivery, plus 30 days of bug fixes.
How the project runs
1
Brief and scoping call
Same day where possible. We ask what the app must do on launch day, and actively argue non-essential features out of v1.
2
Written quote in 24 hours
Fixed price, feature list, and delivery date. You approve before anything starts.
3
Design
Clickable screens for every state, including empty and error. Unlimited revisions here, because this is where changes are cheap.
4
Build with daily visibility
A staging build you can open any day. Senior engineers on WhatsApp — no account manager relaying messages.
5
QA on real devices
Tested across the OS versions and screen sizes your users have, not just the newest hardware.
6
Launch and handover
Store submission, production infrastructure, source code, and documentation transferred to you.
Key facts
Payment terms
50% to start, 50% on delivery — never everything upfront
Quote turnaround
Fixed written price within 24 hours of your brief
Delivery date
Named in the quote and matched to your project size
Store accounts
Published under your Apple and Google accounts, owned by you
Code ownership
100% yours — Git repository, design files, and credentials
After launch
30 days of bug fixes included; optional maintenance retainer
App store submission, handled
Store rejection is one of the most common launch delays, and it is usually avoidable. We handle privacy nutrition labels and data safety declarations, permission strings that explain themselves, subscription disclosure, account deletion requirements, and the review response when something is queried. Apps are published under your developer accounts — an app living in an agency's account is a problem you inherit later.

Technology stack
We choose tools for what your team can maintain after handover, not for novelty. Typical stack for this service:
It depends on scope, and any firm quoting a number before seeing your brief is guessing. What we commit to is the process: send us what the app must do and you get a fixed written price within 24 hours, listing exactly what it covers and a delivery date. No hourly billing and no discovery invoice before you know the number.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope — a booking app with one user type ships far faster than a marketplace with three. Every quote states its own delivery date, agreed before we start. We have shipped a three-app logistics platform in 14 days when scope was tight and decisions were fast; that is not a promise for every project, it is evidence that the process works when both sides move.
Should we build for iOS, Android, or both?
Both, usually, via Flutter — building one codebase for two platforms costs far less than two native builds. Launch on one platform first only if your audience is genuinely concentrated there, which is worth checking against your own web analytics rather than assuming.
Do you handle App Store and Play Store submission?
Yes, including developer account setup, certificates, privacy declarations, and responding to review queries. Everything is published under your accounts so you own the listings, the reviews, and the ability to change developers later.
Who owns the app and the code?
You do, entirely. On delivery we transfer the Git repository, design files, backend infrastructure, and store credentials. There is no licence fee, no platform charge, and nothing that stops another developer taking it over.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of bug fixes are included at no cost. After that you can take an optional maintenance retainer covering OS updates, security patches, store policy changes, and monitoring — or hand it to your own team with the documentation we provide.
Can you take over an app another agency built?
Yes. We start with a paid audit of the codebase and infrastructure and give you an honest assessment of whether it is worth continuing or cheaper to rebuild — including when the answer costs us the larger project.
Smaller ways to start
You do not have to commit to a whole build.
Most people arrive somewhere between “just curious” and “ready to sign”.
These are the smaller, fixed-fee ways in — each one useful on its own, and each one credited or extended
into a bigger project only if you decide you want that.
Code & architecture audit
You have a codebase — inherited, stalled, or just worrying — and want an honest read before committing to anything.
Written report on architecture, security, data model and deployment
A prioritised list separating genuinely urgent from merely untidy
A straight answer on repair versus rebuild, even when rebuild pays us more
The report is yours whether or not you continue with us
Not sure which fits? Describe the problem and we will tell you
— including when the answer is that you do not need us yet.
The Qalmax Promise
Six things we put in writing.
Not values on a wall — contract terms. Ask any other supplier to match them line by line.
A price in 24 hours
Send a brief, get a fixed written price and a delivery date the next working day. Free, no obligation, and the scope document is yours to keep even if you go elsewhere.
The price does not move
Fixed, not an estimate. If scope changes we re-quote in writing and you approve before we build it. You will never open a surprise invoice.
Half on delivery
50% to start, 50% when it is live and you are satisfied. You never fund the whole project up front.
Unlimited design revisions
We do not write production code until you approve the screens. Changing your mind at that stage costs nothing.
You own everything
Full source code, design files and credentials on delivery. No licence, no platform fee, nothing that stops another developer taking over.
30 days of fixes included
Free bug fixing for a month after launch, then an optional retainer only if you want one.
A paragraph is enough to start. You get a scoping conversation and a
fixed written price with a delivery date within 24 hours —
free, and yours to keep whether or not you go ahead with us.
