- You can explain a technical decision including its trade-off, not just its benefit.
- You read code you did not write without complaining about it first.
- You write clearly. Most of the job is communication, and remote work amplifies that.
- You push back when a requirement does not make sense, with a reason.
- You finish things. Ninety per cent complete is zero per cent shipped.

Questions, answered.
Do you hire remotely?
Yes, for the right people, though we have a strong preference for candidates who can spend some time in the Lahore office — particularly early on. Fully remote works best for senior engineers who are already good at written communication.
Do you hire juniors?
Rarely, and we would rather be honest about it than waste your time. We are a small team where everyone ships client work directly, which is a hard environment for a first job. We do occasionally take on exceptional graduates when we have capacity to mentor properly.
What is the interview process like?
An intro call, a working session on a realistic problem, and a conversation with the team. No algorithm puzzles, no unpaid take-home projects that take a weekend. You can use your normal tools in the technical session, AI included — that is how you would work here.
Is AI going to replace these jobs?
It has already changed them substantially, and we would rather say that plainly. AI handles a growing share of routine implementation here, which means the job is more about architecture, judgement, review, and client communication than it was three years ago. We are hiring people who are strong at those things.
