The challenge
Selling through several vendors on one storefront creates two hard problems at once: money and stock. Commissions must be calculated and settled correctly, and inventory has to reflect what each vendor genuinely holds — or customers pay for items that are not there.
The commercial requirement was equally clear: product pages had to be fast on mobile and structured to be found in search, because paid acquisition alone would not sustain the margins.
What we did
- 1Inventory as a single source of truth
Stock reserved at checkout and released on timeout, so two customers cannot buy the same last unit. Vendor stock updates flow to the storefront rather than being re-keyed.
- 2Vendor onboarding and dashboards
Self-service listing management, order visibility, and settlement reporting per vendor — removing the operator from the middle of routine work.
- 3Commission and payout rules
Per-vendor commission applied at order close, with adjustments for refunds and disputes, and settlement reports that reconcile.
- 4Regional payment methods
The gateways and cash-on-delivery flows the market actually uses, with COD handled as a first-class path rather than an afterthought.
- 5Product-page SEO
Unique metadata, product and offer structured data, breadcrumbs, and canonical handling for variants.
- 6Mobile performance as a requirement
Core Web Vitals targeted on a mid-range Android over 4G, because that is what most customers were browsing on.
The outcome
The storefront went live in weeks with multi-vendor onboarding, payments, and inventory sync operating as one system.
Product pages ship with structured data and mobile performance treated as a launch requirement rather than a later optimisation project.
Stack
Six things we put in writing.
Not values on a wall — contract terms. Ask any other supplier to match them line by line.
A price in 24 hours
Send a brief, get a fixed written price and a delivery date the next working day. Free, no obligation, and the scope document is yours to keep even if you go elsewhere.
The price does not move
Fixed, not an estimate. If scope changes we re-quote in writing and you approve before we build it. You will never open a surprise invoice.
Half on delivery

Unlimited design revisions
We do not write production code until you approve the screens. Changing your mind at that stage costs nothing.
You own everything
Full source code, design files and credentials on delivery. No licence, no platform fee, nothing that stops another developer taking over.
30 days of fixes included
Free bug fixing for a month after launch, then an optional retainer only if you want one.
Every one of these is in the agreement before you pay anything. See how we evidence our claims →
